Woes of the middle class

I hope Modiji would take up the cause of the middle class which is the worst affected group in India. We thought Mr Kejriwal would look into these aspects but he is busy elsewhere.
1.Most midddle class are salaried people who pay income tax at source. Millions of people get away without paying due taxes and then every few years their slate is wiped clean by amnesty schemes. Why can't Govt allow people above 80 years who have been consistently paying taxes for say 50 years tax free life. Children would put money into parents account to save taxes rather than usurping their hard earned money.
2.Roads are hardly cleaned and mostly the sweepings are pushed in the drains. Before monsoon the drains are cleaned at extra cost with the waste partially going back into the drains.
3.90% of the e-rickshaws are illegal. Is there no rule of law.
4. The pavements are usurped by shopkeepers through extension of shops and food sellers/hawkers as a result the public is forced to walk on the roads causing accidents.
5.How come no effort is made to collect more taxes through mapping of various documents like electricity bills, adhar card.ECIC - property tax is one where extensive recoveries could be made. more

Most of the middle class people earn good salary so they pay tax. Major people belong to poor class cannot pay income tax. but they need to pay property tax,, water tax and road tax. Once it has become e-rickshaw whether it is registered organisation, then we can challenge about following rules. more
Kindly read after the 12 point court functioning. The 10 points observations on middle class is a gem . more
Another 10 points of observations on Middle claas population after the 12 point kafter the should open the court reforms are GEMS. The middle class should go through this 10 points and then complain that they are the most taxed and tensed . more
I also agreed, because our judicial system is totally out of dated. Following are suggestion Govt. Should incorporated in system. 1. Appointe lawyer as Inspector in all the Police Station 2. After Investigation with proof matter transfer to court 3. Maximum time to take decision should not more than three month 4. Mobile court should be introduced in all Punchyat/ villages more
The middle class in India is one of the groups that is the laziest, most entitled and always crying about how they are the deprived lot. 1- We don't vote - then crib about the govt me get. 2- We don't follow rules, drive on the wrong side of the road, park in a no parking zone, etc - and when we are punished we cry about how we are targeted. Our children emulate us and have no respect for law or country either. 3. We are first to break the law - as long as we are not caught we don't care how and who is affected by what we do. 4- We dump garbage on the streets - then complain the streets are unclean and that garbage is causing floods. 5.- We bribe to get our things done fast and easy - then complain about the corruption in this country. 6- When it comes to subsidy or discount or freebies we will stand in the line first - even if the same is for the poor. 7- we will pay donation to get our children into schools, pay tuition fees to teachers to ensure our children pass exams even though they have not studied - then wonder why our children have not learnt right from wrong, why they are unable to grow and be good citizens in this country. 8. - When the time comes for action which middle class person does not make the excuse that "it is not my fight" or "I have to work to earn a living". We are all hypocrites and want someone else to come and fight for us and do our dirty work. 9. We want higher interest rates - Stop feeling entitled to free sops, subsidies, etc. Yes elderly citizens require certain old age benefits but not for you to misuse it to get higher interest in their name. 10. Divided we stay - Unlike the poor we don't work together but like crabs pull each other down, are jealous of other peoples success. Time to wake up, stop complaining and if you want something done go and get it done. No one else can help you but your self. I hope we can turn ourselves around and become contributing members of this society and this country. more
