Why restaurants cannot be opened till COVID-19 goes off

Some really great epidemiology has demonstrated clearly the effect of a single asymptomatic carrier in a restaurant environment (see below). The infected person (A1) sat at a table and had dinner with 9 friends. Dinner took about 1 to 1.5 hours. During this meal, the asymptomatic carrier released low-levels of virus into the air from their breathing. Airflow (from the restaurant's various airflow vents) was from right to left. Approximately 50% of the people at the infected person's table became sick over the next 7 days. 75% of the people on the adjacent downwind table became infected. And even 2 of the 7 people on the upwind table were infected (believed to happen by turbulent airflow). No one at tables E or F became infected, they were out of the main airflow from the air conditioner on the right to the exhaust fan on the left of the room. more

Mr. Rana, the A/c is the culprit here so if you open the restaurants they will have to be non a/c and with fresh air.

Good topic for awareness and necessary precaution by us all. We need to learn and adopt to live with CORONA. It is sure now that it is not going to go in very near future. Now it is many months. It is not only about the customers who are going to have food, we need to think about the persons earning their daily bread and butter from this industry. Govt has supported / tried to support all the connected affected persons to manage daily rations. With all precautions and adoption of modified restaurant practices, making food and serving by persons, is need of the hour. Finally it is call of the customers whether they feel safe or not to go there and use the facility which varies person to person based on risk appetite and ability to handle risk. more  
1)We know what prevent infection mask, social distancing, sanitization.
2)High risk cases, commodities, prolong exposure in closed space with air conditioner are at risk.
3) Eating food out for fun should be avoided, even at some cost.
4) Eating places should be monitored closely and strict compliance of SOP , defaulters should be banned from opening till conditions return to normalcy.
5) Local helpers and cooks with skeletal staff are preferred for those working class people need good while on work. more  
We should learn to live with Corona. Restaurants/Hotels/Cinema Halls
should be opened at the earliest. However, seating arrangement should be changed to observe social distancing. Use of mask should be compulsory except while eating. Effective sanitization system should
be in place at all such places. The show must continue with precautions.
Lockowns have brought miseries to the common man, businessmen and
huge loss to the already almost defunct Central & State governments.
No business entity afford to pay salaries to employees if there is no work. This luxury is available to Govt/Public Sector employees only. more  
No body is yet 100% sure as to how it spreads- only way seems to be home isolation which should work 99% not 100% more
