Contractors will work like contractors but if you give this opportunity to the private players like TATA, MAHINDRA etc. They will do much better than our railway government as they did in normal life. Contractors are of no use. We can see work & dedication of contractors who have been awarded contract. Sometimes in parking, taking garbage or security - everywhere contractors are failed. They are working with the intention to earn for them but not for the service to people. Every contractor knows they are for some time................ more

All employees of an organization together should feel that they need to provide the best to their customer. No matter what their position. In the example of the pillow above, the TTE could have shown empathy and changed the pillow cover himself. more

It is not the solution to make it private, but appoint contractors, to give best performance, and make them parmanent with new vacancy at Railway, then the efficiency would increase it will be the best move to combat terorism at Railway, becoz the contractors are linked with Terror, if we investigate, if we look at recent Blasting of Railway line at Dhantewada, A.P. would be eradicated and Railway would become smart functioning by Private contractorship. more
