WHO CARES FOR "POOR MIDDLE CLASS" IN INDIA ...

Dear Mr Arun Jaitly FM,

This budget has proved that there is nobody for Middle Class in India.

= Poor are taken care by freebies and no taxes and rich don’t care of taxes as they earn huge amount of "Unaccounted Money".

= We middle class are suffering, we pay all your VAT, Cess, ST everything. Whatever little we do to make our struggle easy such as movies, hotels, small cars, electricity you all FMs tax them every year.
= We are sick of paying professional, education, Swach Bharath, Service TAX and VAT. Please listen to us.
= Don’t test our patience. Out of Rs.100 earned we only get benefit of Rs.20-30 and rest goes in taxes. See Example below:

A family of four on weekend for food at restaurant.
Petrol: 5 Ltr X Rs56.60= Rs. 283.
Tax collected on Rs 283 is Rs. 190
Restaurant Bill Rs. 1000
Tax collected on Rs. 1000 = Rs. 203 (14.5%VAT, 5.6% ST, 0.2% SwachB Tax)
Service Charge 10% = Rs. 100
Total for taxes = Rs. 303
Total outgo from pocket = 283+1000+203+100= 1585
Note: This is post income tax, So, I will have to earn Rs. 2200 to manage this. Tax paid Rs. 660 on income

Summary Tax paid:

Income Tax : Rs.660
Tax on Petrol: Rs.190
Tax on food: Rs. 203
Service Charges: Rs.100
TOTAL TAX PAID Rs. = Rs. 1153
Total spent from Salary Rs. 2200
Actual value of good received = Rs. 1047
Total TAX paid = Rs. 1153

WHAT IS THIS?

= Is GOVT making us fool?

Very good analysis... The govt imposes tax only for the common people, whereas a politician give bribes of about 50 crore rupees to Election commission and he was given bail for Rs. 5 lakh by court. But no one asks how and where does the crore comes to his hand. is he a partner with reliance ambani or an MD of corporate companies like infosys or L&T or is he a descendant of Raja Family. Can u tell me if a person has a crore of rupees in his hand, what is the taxabe amount and the revenue to the government more
'| Can u tell me if a person has a crore of rupees in his hand, what is the taxable amount and the revenue to the government' . If worked out on the basis of Taxman Ready Reckonor , the the present ONE CRORE might be the corruption of 2 or more decades and the Taxable amount will be in double OR IN OTHER WAY , IT IS ONLY THE UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT TO BE CONFISCATED AT 100% more
The root cause of all Financial ills set to Citizen and the Country is only the carry of Corrupt people in Political Democracy and the enormous patting and befitting to the Business Sector . The many Posts we have shared only prove this which can only be corrected REFORMING ELECTION COMMISSIONERATE OF INDIA and the Certifying , Inspecting and Taxing authorities of Commerce , Audit , Direct & Indirect Taxation and , the Policing . more
very good analysis........ if Govt will continue in this type of mood they will definitely feel the pain in next elections, coz till what time middle class suffer more
We are all facing unnecessary stress and music. more
