The person buying the service has to be punished & not the "person indulging" in that business. But give a warning to the indulging person. If more than three instances of warning, she or he needs to punished also. Once booked, geo tag that person & keep a track. more

Licencing of Prostitution if reinstated, removes many Social ills. Buying if set with Death Sentence, whole Unlawful Sexual issues get curbed automatically but, could be only possible after repelling the exemptions and concessions if IPC on the issues of Adultery, Consent and Connivance . more

Prostitution is a livelihood measure of those opt under inevitable circumstances of any. There are many causes. But, Unlawful Sex under Adultery, Consent and even Connivance SHALL BE SET FOR either Death Sentence or, Life imprisonment SINCE " Unlawful Sex " IS IN HUMAN, immoral, DECEITFUL, and, incompatible to the Sanctity of Conjugation and Conjugal Rights. Further, is a detriment to the whole Society. Living and leading life opting Prostitution shall not be Snatched by any who cannot provide Lifelong Earning Opportunities for Self and dependents . Since time immemorial the trade of sex has been always there in one or other form. Take the Devadasi system of South where the temple dancer besides the tradition of being married to the Gods would continue being utilized for sexual favors by elite class of the community. Many women took to this trade as a last resort after being ditched by husband and families for some or other reasons. However the forcing of children into sex is an organized racket which is a Crime and has to be punished severely. As society takes on the garb of modernization, sex trade takes different forms. During my College days in Gujarat, I was once privy to information that many Girls in College Hostel had taken up Escort service which is a front for sex trade just for the pocket money for their lavish life style. So sex trade thrives due to varied reasons and in most cities it exists in some or other form called "Red Light Area". This is already known and depicted through many Bollywood films too. However the changing modern world and new era has brought forth new evils. Homosexuality, Lesbianism...new terminologies called LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender)...I don't think any religion of this world allows same sex. This is an evil which has been devised by people who have walked in Lust and they have now gathered in number and formed communities. There is a mention in Bible where two cities which had people who practiced homosexuality were dealt with severely by God and there was sulphur rain from the sky which destroyed all inhabitants of these two cities..Soddom & Gomorrah. We have often experienced earthquakes in Delhi also which has been cited as sitting on a huge fault line. Naturally when such perverseness as also the unabated crime of rapes of even small children are committed by lust filled inhuman devils, God's patience is being tested. When the day of reckoning comes, people would cringe at His wrath. more
