Welcome to Chartered Accountants for Propserous India circle

Dear Friends.

Thank you very much for accepting the invitation and joining this circle.

This circle has been created to bring all the Chartered Accountants in India who believe in a Prosperous India in an online COMMUNITY.

The purpose of the circle is two fold:

1) Seek inputs from CAs on matters related to tax, accounting and financial policies that are much needed and create awareness about them for action with the Senior Government Policy Makers

2) Enable all members to raise issues, start subjects, seek opinions, ask questions on various aspects of the Chartered Accountancy.

Let us work together and with the new Government to make India the most favoured emerging market in the world to set up new business through Good Governance and Development oriented policies.

That would be good for us, our citizens, our companies, and our country!

With Regards,
KG Somani

ICAI is not undermining cost accountants. ICWA has miserably failed to create value for the profession. They just want statutory quotas to earn money and a profession cannot survive of legal guddies. Ask ICWA to do hard work and do not depend upon statutory bribes. more
I frankly dislike the steps taken by ICAI to undermine the Cost Accountants position in India. This is not fair. more
Most professions in India need ethics not on paper but in practice be it engineer, CA, architect, doctor etc. Etc. Similarly, orgnisations also need to be truthful to stakeholders to govt. to public. To start and survive is not difficult. But there is a lack of will. Top brass should initiate on implementation of ethics. How much govt. can force? It is difficult to control a child actions. Who will mend crores of citizens? more
There are people contending in an unorganized manner with corruption of sorts for no avail. It persists and will be persistent forever. Its maximizing rather than minimizing. To solve this purpose a very wise and strategic approach is for which we found EOW of People, and SHG. May search with EOW keyword here and there you get it and may join if deem fit. Only the most genuine patriots who love their nation and All Humankind. Always say No to corruption, however its take of each individual what to say and what not to, besides, what to do and what not to with parity /disparity between the said and the done. May join biggest formation against corruption of all kinds in unison as its poised to be...... more
Mr. Gupta may be correct.Perhaps our professionals are more corrupt than beaurocrats . Our professionals do not want corruption to be reduced. Our professionals do not pass on the benefits of system improvements to assesse. Still our professional collect their haffttas on refund. more
