Wait listed tickets

IR is earning hundred of crores from cancellation of wait listed tickets.
When govt knows accomodAtion capacity of coach, Total RAC is not confirmed even, Summer Vacation season, wedding season,.Even then knowingly issuing wait listed tickets.In this situation
IR should not take cancellation charges. more

The very concept of the waiting list must be removed, instead IR can increase the RACs. I have suffered from fellow passengers having wait-listed tickets. more

Railways should return total amount if waiting list ticket is not confirm. Railway authorities are requested to issue maximum 50 waiting list ticket for sleeper classes. more
