-Some of the Govt employees tasked for keeping these areas clean hardly work and their superiors hardly check them or take action against them. They probably lack moral courage more

Sad that public toilets are not clean, the housekeeping staff who are getting salaries from government, still they make money from pubilc " Rs. 5 " per entry to the yuckiest toilets... this should stop. make free toilets but clean, the cleaner should be paid well. more
