There are many districts and towns living on tourism. They need to implement strict regulations on lockdown. There are small towns, unimportant which are showing rise. Lock down such. I don't think the state administration and district collectors forget "Micro cluster " word.And Dr.Lau agarwal has to remind them more

Countrywide Lockdown Ruins Economy, Livelihood. I have repeatedly staged in Sept, Oct, '20 ; March, April, '21 that Sec 144 with Weekend Lockdowns ALLOWING BUSINESSES will Control COVID Spread. But NONE CARED. THIS ACCELERATING COVID SPREAD. NO DOUBT. Even now GOI , States AUGHT TO REALIZE. more
