Urban Development Programs need Re-energize
I think all urban development missions need an urgen re-energize exercise and to me it must begin with replacement of some people.
Smart Cities, Swachh Bharat, Heritage Cities, Amrut and many others need corporate type leadership combined with Bureaucrat and the lack of it is the reason they are loosing momentum.
Make in India, Beti Bachao and others are no different.
PM must take a serious look and really come up with an aggressive plan with solid milestones to get them going and none of the old baggage should be taken along.

I agree with Amit Mishra. There is very less progress after implementetion certain plans suggested by PM. Organizers are failed to aware people. There are lot of contradiction observed between imlimenting authorities and administration. So purpose is not solved. The progress report should be submitted to PM and should be highlighted through news channels and news papers. Then only common man will realize and understand the details and importance in the matter. more

I agree with Mr. Sahaje. New technologies must be rolled out on pilot basis and later based on their success needs to implement at all places. It is governmental language of testing it first 3-4 years and later thinking of adoption. more
