Mr. Ramachandran Alamuguru is requested to elaborate little more as to on what grounds he said "middle Income group will be benefitted" though there is no change in the income tax slab knowing the facts that 80% of the middle group is of the salaried employees who get nothing in this budged and may name this budged "Khuli Jetly ki potli nikli Raakh - khakh Budget". Over and above Service tax has been increased to 14% impact of which can be seen everywhere. thanks more

And what about MPS who get free food, free air tickets, free foreign trips, free telephone, free electricity? Are they also participating in nation building by not paying any taxes? And to increase service tax is nothing but looting the common man. more

Well said Mr Ramachandran. It will promote employment by reduction in tax slabs of corporates specially MNC as it will promote investment which will be useful in long run. Lets not think of short run benefits. more

i understand the feelings of middle income group but we should participate in the national growth we should pay atleast some tax to the government so that only they can do developement activites for the future india ie. for future young generation by creating employment opportunities to the young people those who are completed their graduation but in unemployment we should compromise with this budget for the future india more
