But the BJP Govt needs to deeply understand that whatever good policy is formulated, the BABOO (N) s of the "Great Indian Circus of Bureaucrats" will always find ways and means to SABOTAGE the schemes so that it turns out to be anti-people anti-BJP govt. This has been going on ever since Independence , mainly due to the greedy Political classes . Unless and until all "corrupted" BABOO (N) s are kicked out of the govt., don't expect the citizens to vote for the BJP again. Look what's happening in the Banking Sector nowadays .The money that should have been paid to Account holders are being "LAUNDERED" by Bank officials . WHY ? HOW ?? ABSOLUTELY NO MONITORING BY THOSE RESPONSIBLE . NO INTELLIGENCE INPUTS ABOUT WHAT MISCHIEF IS IN STORE . WHY ??? Since 1980 , I had been a Central Govt. official who suffered a lot , mainly because I was not interested in grabbing Black Money from Smugglers , Filthy anti-social elements . But those who gave bribes to the Transferring Authority , through the so-called Staff Welfare Associations, could get postings where the most Black Money was offered !! From 1996 onwards I had been writing to the NDA Govt. that unless there was strict MONITORING AGENCY ( Not the CORRUPTED AND CRIMINALISED C.B.I.) , THERE WOULD BE MORE AND MORE SCAMS . ANY PERSON WITH COMMON SENSE KNOWS THIS VERY WELL . BUT THESE WARNINGS HAVE ALL GONE INTO THE WASTE-PAPER BASKET . WHY ??? more
