Unauthorised construction
I am a resident of Town Houses, DLF City phase III. Town Houses are built with back to back open spaces for each house having two separate units, one at the ground floor and another at first floor, which is a duplex unit.
At the back of our house, our neighbors have constructed a two story building covering the entire open space at the ground floor. (Which is certainly not as per the plan). This has completely blocked the fresh air and natural sunlight for us.
Can anyone from our fellow residents suggest us what should we do and to whom we should go with complaint? We have given our letter in Town Planning Off, HUDA in Sector 14 a week back. But nobody has come till date. No action has been taken.

Respected Sir, We are resident and owner of a dwelling unit U-23/16, Ground Floor, Pink Town Houses, DLF City Phase-III, Gurgaon. These Town Houses are built with back to back open spaces for each house having two separate units, one at the ground floor and another at first floor, which is duplex unit. At the back of our house, Mr. P.K. Shukla, who has been living at the first floor of U-24A/25, has recently bought ground floor unit also. Now he has started reconstructing the ground floor house covering the entire open space at the ground floor and extending the same up to the second floor. As per the original plan of these Pink Town Houses open space provided at the back for the provision of natural sunlight and fresh air. But this has completely violated the same. Now we feel as if we are living in a well, completely blocked out of natural sunlight and breeze. Inspite of our repeated request they went ahead and continued the construction, completely ignoring our plight. We have given a letter in Distt. Town Planner office, Sector-14, stating the same on 04.11.2014. But till today nobody has attended our request. We can forward the copy of the same if you could provide us with your contact e-mail. We have written a letter to Mr. Kamal Kumar, STP, Gurgaon HUDA Complex, Sec.14, Gurgaon. But have not received any reply from him too till date. We would like to know what should we do in such case.
