TTE corruption on decline under Modi Govt
I feel that corruption by TTE has reduced in last 3 years under Modi Govt. Even better is that the courteousness of TTEs has improved for the better.
Attendants and Food Servers are a different story. They are as demanding as they were before and poor in their work of maintaining hygiene.

Railways is issuing RAC tickets because they are getting double the amount for a single Birth/seat. Isn't it a corrupt practice itself. I don't see any willpower on part of railways to end TTE corruption otherwise in this digital era how such practices still exists. There is a mandatory rule in railways to add extra coach of a particular class if wait-list exceeds certain limit. Why they are not following the rule? Railways say most of the trains are running with maximum possible coaches (full capacity of a loco) and extra coach is not possible than how sometimes they are able to add a salon or inspection carriage or luggage bogies. more

RAC and wl to be stopped and available vacancies can be given as current booking as in the olden era so that corruption can be avoided. It will definitely help passengers. Adv. resvn. to be stopped a day before the date of journey and current booking to be done only on the day of journey. more

I am frequent traveller. I have seen TTEs purposely not alloting vacant berths and waiting for a good Custmer who obliges him more

Corruption on the part of TTs not at all reduced. Moreover now the rates are increased. Few days back I am travelling in AC III couch and it is seen that, TT is allowing passengers even without ticket to travel on the birth

TTE corruption can occur only when there are vacant seats/berths and no RAC passengers to be allotted confirmed berths. A good reservation system is the prime mover for this. Otherwise, I do not see any change on the ground. more

Which railways are you talming about ? In NER, ER & SER corruption is very much prevalent as before. Health, hygene and catering is as pathetic. Safety issues are not considered important. And finally the timeliness has gone from bad to wose. Even trains like Rajdhani, satabdi, duronto etc are no exception. This is out of my personal experience more

some people are government pro or wave effected . They have some different glasses which don't see errors and they see imagery different or in love to convince others too . They are BHAGATS in hindi . more
