Trying to withdraw my pf
Hi please someone guide me as i am trying to withdraw my PF from my career first company after 5 years , as i had left that company in 2007 but forget to withdraw my pf but now i am trying from last six months to withdraw it from that same company HR all forms are already submitted to that company office but still i didnt get my money , they only reply that they are in process to submit these docs to PF office asap will keep you updated
please guide me on this more

Dear Mr Ankur, If the company is delaying in processing the form ask them to give you the form with the UAN number mentioned on it , try to submit the form personally in the PF office and you would get the amount deposited in the bank account within 10 days of depositing the form. Try this as I have done that personally and got the money within 1 days which company was delaying for 3 months. more

I had withdrawn my PF accumulated in 2009-2010 . I am from Private Sector. However the EPF amount is not acted upon for a Pension Certificate inspite of several requests nor getting transferred to my new PF account . This is from Mumbai RPF office . I have submitted the proofs from the acknowledgements / letters from the PF office as well . However PF office does not respond . What I need to do ? Can any one guide . Regards more

For Delhi PF if you have issue with PF withdrawal or transfer call on +91 112 7373883 or alternately raise your grievance on PF Portal and Pgportal.gov.in you will see the PF officer chasing you to close the grievance. more
