EPF withdrawal

I am trying to withdraw my epf through online mode and tried to update my Aadhar card with EPFO member portable but I am unable to do that. It is showing me an error that your Pan & Aadhar card details are not matched with the Income tax office records. Also tried to contact EPFO and Income tax office help line numbers but no one responded over the calls
Please suggest more

Dear Mr. Vijay Kumar, Please update your name and father's name on PAN and AADHAR card as per the Income tax records and claim again. Changing / correction of your name and your father's name can be done in any govt aadhar card registration offices for both PAN and AADHAR Cards. PAN card can be done from any bank also or you may contact any agent in internet centers. It may take time period of 30 days for above corrections and thereafter you can apply on line to withdrawal of PF amount from PF office. You may also correct your name and your father's name (in case any discrepancies found) in PF office records through online. All the best. Regards, E. First you have to ascertain whether PAN data is correct or Aadhar data is correct, then you have to modify the incorrect one with correct details by applying the concerned authority (Aadhar authority or IT dept).Then you have to seed KYC from your login in epfo site. This will solve your problem more
