Who is corrupt ? One who is caught and it happens only when some one fails to manage proper distribution. It's a big cartel which has a link up to the top level and that is the reason no action is taken against such corrupt people. Such news become the head lines for few days thereafter no one knows what happened to those people and we also forget. more

Such type of officers posted at Local districts are touts and agents for collection of money in the form of bribe. Entire money is not hold by him. There are share holders as per seniority and even the controllers who have awarded him such postings. These postings are grabbed by adopting various numerous tricks which can not be mentioned . But these root level corrupt personnel are given punishment by only attaching line/headquarters. Once the matter is pacified he will be posted at another prime area. So this punishment is not sufficient. To teach lesson others such people should be tried in court of law publicly and their IPS/IAS be taken back for ever. It will be initiation of root start of corruption. Our Prime Minister talks of corruption then why the same statements and actions are not visible at ground level. more

He is not the only officer engaged in corrupt practices. It is an open secret that the majority of the government officials and bureaucrats of the country are neck deep involved in corruption and shares the loot with their superiors and politicians. Thus, the unholy nexus between corrupt bureaucrats and the politicians continues. more
