The people's government means democracy made for the people made by the people and answerable to the people, this is a contact and obligations. Conventionality is not a morality. Self righteousness is not religion. Law of society is each for all as well as all for each. The will of the people is best law when men are correct laws are broken. more

Absolutely correct issues are raised in this Post that DEMAND ENFORCEMENT OF REAL DEMOCRACY as contemplated and mandated in the Preamble . more
There are eternal principles, some principles expire with time & become redundant. In pre-pornography times, adults used to involved in rapes, now in post pornography, yound children below 18 years & young girls below 10 years, are the rapists & victims. So the law defining on juvenile should be deleted. This is an example for "principles" chaning with time. In Rs. 700 crores fodder scam case, judge gave Lalu Rs. 5,00,000 fine & 3.5 years jail, so everyone is now encouraged to involve themselves in more scams. Unfortunately in Satyam Infotech case, the promoter Mr. Raju did not enjoy the same judement, he is penalized for 14 years jail...!!! Unlucky person. Democracy is for justics, punishment & uprightness, truthfulness & honesty, sincerity. It is not a birth right, it is requirement by the society irrespective of it being a Captalism or Communist. more
Many financial culprits of Crores of Rupees ; many in increasing Adultery and Sex provocating means ALSO LEFT SAFE continuously since after 2005 and are the proven facts with Police and T.V. Channels.

This 21st Century also had its ill full Evil Deeds and follows and the incidents of Paris, IS, and, ISIS are thought in real terms of root causes . more
