The politicians went ever clever since 1970s . The split of Congress into I ; O ; J ; S ; Urs ; etc., and then , INC ; NCP ; AITMC ; YSRCP etc., etc., , achieved new parties creation like JD ; LD ; RLD ; RJD ; BJD; etc., etc., in addition to the then old DMK AIADMK alike Regional Parties . Even then , even at the regular campaigns of the all Communist parties , none opted any merger at the National Interest . This is only because , Either Congress or the BJP and any other party shall possess eminent power at Center to rule since the interests of the individual States shall not be allowed to the concur by the Indian Union . This is the main cause for maintenance of shared interests by only some and certain parties . The present situation at Center and , the attitude of the individual States in setting aside their commitment to the requisite Economical and Social needs of the People and the Country that is running at paucity which has been proved in the prime issues of EDUCATION , MEDICARE AND AGRICULTURE which are the prime and fundamental for any Country that also was specifically provided in the Constitution . Therefore , to have the Indian Union as anticipated by the then Constitution makers as safe as aspired , it is better to divide the Regions as at 14-08-1947 and implement Presidential form of Government in the rest of the Indian territory that was passed on by the Britishians . Since this leads an another World War for the Wealth of India as was earlier invaded , the best is to amend the article requiring a Bill to be passed individually by both the Parliament Houses which solves the such issues with democratic application honoring the majority option of Rule . more
