TRAINING COURSES FOR WOULD BE - ‘mla’ ‘mp’ etc

SHOULD THERE BE A COURSE FOR BEHAVIOURS AND ACTIVITIES FOR 'mla' & 'mp' , like IAS /IPS/ IRS/IRTS/AND SO ON, although IAS /IPS/IRS etc. are all academically bright! If bright boys are trained to pick up behaviours and pertinent knowledges ---
THEN?
THESE ELECTED MEN - MOST of them 'GOONS' AND 'NO SACRIFICE' LIKE THE PARTY FOUNDERS!
THEN WHY THEY WILL NOT BE TRAINED AS RECRUITMENTS WILL HAVE TO BE DONE to run activities of parliament and assemblirs ! AND RECRUITMENT BY ELECTION TO HONOUR RULES SET BY CONSTITUTION!
ONE TRAINING BEFORE ELECTIONS, AND ONE AFTER ELECTED !
The issue arises after THE HAPPENINGS BETWEEN AN MP OF SIVSENA & ONE AI STAFF and after that the MP saying “'I will not apologise, why should I?': Ravindra Gaikwad, Shiv Sena MP who beat 60-year-old AI staffer !
During british time or even before that muslim rulers’ time such incidents were heard!
Today these elected men go to parliament or assembly to serve citizen or ACT LIKE MUSLIM/BRITISH RULER ! WHERE IS SACRIFICE? OR HUMILITY?
Hope the issue awakes the CONSCIENCE!

People get the government they deserve. It is beyond the power of any training to turn a thug into a decent human being. Even after such a public outcry (in a TOI poll 80% were in favour of this Shiv Sena goon being thrown out of the parliament). But what does our BJP civil aviation Minister do? He questions the legality of the Airlines refusing to allow him into their flights. Does he consider that this MP thug's action had legal sanctity? What a joker we have for a minister!! more
A course on public etiquitte - DOs DONTs and Consequences post the swearing in ceremony must be made mandatory followed by compulsory attendance to follow on sessions once in 2 or 3 years more
All IAS /IPS/ IRS/IRTS/AND SO ON officers should be engaged in the entry post atleast for two years before they are posted in their respective posts. There should be proper forum in every office for fixing accountability. more
