Even if we keep politics a side, it is clearly evidenced that the pace of all round development had been much faster during last 4 & half years than ever. An individual may have different ideology and principle, which should not come into the way of acknowledging the good works done by any individual or a political party. more
Parenting with proper Ethics is the key. Early Education must be made available free until a child completes her/his school. College Education must be made affordable. Once that solid foundation is laid, it would become easier to identify problems, formulate solutions, develop practical steps, and implement.

My thoughts for this particular opportunity is whatever richness India now has, it is not distributed among the populace. The wealth is accumulated with a tiny fraction of the population. The opportunity exists to distribute the wealth by creating jobs. For example, public and private enterprises can join hands to build much-needed infrastructure. Infrastructure can mean physical (transportation, utility, communication hardware, etc.) and logical systems (software systems). It would take decades to accomplish all these.

The question is does India has the will and single purpose of mind?

All the best. more
It has nothing to do with Modi or Rahul Gandhi. Urban cities growing is not a compliment. We have to work at agriculture ,farmers and vilages. more
Nice to see your comment. It revived many memories connected with the Institution of Engineers.
I entirely agree with you. I wonder why there has been no thought given to smart villages while smart cities have dominated over the mind of planners, administrators and politicians. more
I would have been quite interested in knowing top growing villages in the country. more
Rahul GANDHI is fit only to INSULT BJPaqnd not to GOVRN. We had it with thir govts ruling the country formore than 50 years. His GRAND MOTHER said CORRUPTION is UNIVERSAL. So In the process of promoting SMART CITIES the CONGRESS will FILL its COFFERS more
