Parenting with proper Ethics is the key. Early Education must be made available free until a child completes her/his school. College Education must be made affordable. My thoughts for this particular opportunity is whatever richness India now has, it is not distributed among the populace. The wealth is accumulated with a tiny fraction of the population. The opportunity exists to distribute the wealth by creating jobs. For example, public and private enterprises can join hands to build much-needed infrastructure. Infrastructure can mean physical (transportation, utility, communication hardware, etc.) and logical systems (software systems). It would take decades to accomplish all these.
The question is does India has the will and single purpose of mind?
