Toothbrush Hygiene Tips

Every few days, soak your toothbrush in water mixed with some mouthwash. After cleaning, wait for it to dry and do not put it back where you keep it unless you wash that place with normal water.

Even after all these precautions, your toothbrush will reach its time. Here is when you should absolutely go for a change:

Change your toothbrush if the bristles are frayed or clumped, and don't serve any purpose.

Change your toothbrush after you get well from a sickness. You would not want to fall sick again soon.

Change your toothbrush if anyone, even a healthy person, used it by mistake. Shared bacteria are the worst.

Other than all this, you should change your toothbrush after every two months for hygiene reasons. more
