Sir one way Hinduthua people says Scheduled castes are Hindus .But they are denied of all hindu practices, rituals etc...Basic knowledge of all these are a must for a sense of belonging. We must impart this first for us to say they are Hindus.O.K more
No sir I am not agree with you this is not question of divide, it is every people will know their religion in right way.....I am not telling it should be only for Hindus, text book should be for all different religions ..... more
History is important and the correct text books should be taught in schools. But teaching religion creates a great divide among the people and should that be encouraged? more
I appreciate the suggestions given by Biplab Das for education on the basics and glory of Hinduism which is the most scientific and oldest of the world religions. The UPA government even changed the history of India and other text books with a view to lower down the importance of Hindu religion. The introduction of Sai statutes and pictures in Hindu temples was a well planned attempt to dissuade Hindus from Ramayan d ShrimadBhagwat Geeta. There is urgent need to sanitise the temples of Sai statutes and pictures. Those who happen to believe in Sai may have separate temples for them. more
