Cleanliness providing for Swachhbharat by NGO's means providing good quality & hygienic food, cleaning of the washrooms & giving all these records online on local circle bcoz just cleaning of roads and other things is not motive of Swachh bharat but to provide sincere and hygiene things to members living there .
So Stay Sincere & Provide cleanliness by all means..... more

My husband & I volunteer with a few NGO’s which help to rehabilitate street-kids, and women and children who have suffered domestic & sexual abuse. For the past few months, we have been holding workshops to train women & children of these NGOs to make newspaper & recycled cloth bags and sell them. It has a 2-fold result – they earn money and we get a wonderful substitute for plastic carry-bags. Since shopkeepers do need bags, we are trying to reduce the use of plastic bags, with this very simple activity, which will ultimately play a role towards a Swachh Bharat. Helping us tremendously is a very kind and philanthropic gentleman who has designed more than 26 shapes & sizes of such bags; and also our friends & well-wishers, who happily donate their raddi newspapers & old clothes. I myself sit and make as many bags as possible – both cloth & newspaper. more
