The Vaccine Shortage Survey - July 2021

65% of those who participated in this survey said that you know one or more individuals who could not get a vaccine dose in the last 30 days when they went for vaccination. Below is the survey report:

The Vaccine Shortage Survey - July 2021

The survey indicates that there is a problem on the ground and its is not just the supply of vaccines that is the issue but also distribution, logistics, optimisation on the ground. Some centers are completely stocked out while some others in the same district have excess supplies. The center and states need to work together to fix this shortage. IF you have ideas on how it can be done, do share!

We look forward to your inputs! more

Covid Vaccination project is a gigantic task. If we take 12+ population then it will be around 110+ Crores and with 2 dose each, requirement is 220+ Crores. This much Quantities are to be manufactured, bought, distributed and injected, is really a gigantic task. Then there are fears/rumours for not to get Vaccination. People should not become hurdle and rather help Govt on how to meet this task. more
Vaccine is more at stock in some places and Short at some Places. Either Covaxin or Covishield are facing same situation. THERE SHALL BE NEWS NOTIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC more
Same City is holding adequate as well as Short at Stock more
The vaccine short supply is visible, when the vaccination centers are closed due to short supply. more
Vaccination is in short supply especially in Tamilnadu. When there is so much of hesitancy prevailing in the peoples mind, Tamilnadu is standing in the queue to get vaccines. So much of disparity in supplies. Central government should prioritize the states where there is a big need. the goal is to achieve the 70% as soon as possible. which ever state is doing fast, it is good for the vax program and herd immunity more
Vaccination ought to be the right of life in any civilised nation. Such arbitrary allocation of power to imprison goes back to barbarism! Politicians got their vaccinations. Here the problem is vaccine hesitancy. more
