The biggest cause of Corruption is the Corrupt Governments & Leaders, who demand money from there Officers for postings. How one can expect no corrupt officers. There is no system to check. Various Development & regulatory Authorities are completely engaged in corruption. It is different that we pay for money to get services from Government departments, these departments even do illegal acts and injustice to public having connived with wrong persons. The District Development Authorities need investigations/Audit of their work done. They have connived with builders. It can not be expected form the general public that all the time they run for court for redressal of their problems, which is long journey and lot of money is required. The development Authorities can go too far for money. more

Why should we load the Judicial System all the time. The Administration too is supposed to take judicious decisions. They should be compelled for it. This shall be correction in system. more

In continuation of my above comment, if any body wants to meet and enquire from me I can site the example of Meerut Development Authority. It says NIYOJIT VIKAS PRADHIKARAN KE SAATH' I can say Meerut is most badly developed city. Authority has sold it self in the hands of Local Builders and doing all irregularities against sum taken from them. more
