What is India’s strategy to keep this under check? Can the august members of this circle brainstorm.

Because of the perpetual Center state disconnect, this will fall through cracks.

The circle should identify and escalate solutions.

Should these areas be sealed from rest of the country?? more

Good to have stringent measures as done by China, Italy and India . Certain things has to be forced on irresponsible citizens .

But Korea adopted a different strategy , through testing and successfully contained . more  
I have yet to see heads of the IAS/IFS rolling . It s a big lapse on their part and the way things are going in all places where these religious delegates have made contacts GOD Bless India. more
