Tea facilities in Premium Trains

The passengers in premium trains have the option to choose food on board. That is all right. However as Passenger cannot carry tea or other drinks, I request Railway to have the option of tea during journey on these trains on payment of charges. May passengers do not like animal grade food of Railway, yet they have to opt for food for the sake of Tea. So what is wrong if Railway provide only tea to such passengers on payment of necessary charges. more

Contractor Raj Iin IRCTC should be taken care off. Normal railway catering of yester year was much better. more  
My experience has been that ,even when I opt for the 'No Food'option,whatever type of food I order onboard is available,but at exorbitant rates. more  
Garib Rath to Kochuveli from LTT,does not have a pantry car. How is possible for passengers to carry food for more than 24 hrs. with them.
All trains running long distances MUST have PANTRY CARS . more  
Railway should provide 2 different TEA , 1 janata Tea and other one Special Masala Tea. They can charge Rs. 10/ -for Sp. Tea. more  
They already charge Rs.10/-per cup for the ordinary tea being served presently. more
