Tax provision for politicians

Respected Members,
This is bitter truth in our country that MPs /MLAs they don’t pay tax. Difficult to understand for what reason they got exemption. They are well paid with all the facilities and perks such as Free housing, electricity, water, medical , travel and telecom etc. The main reason of VIP culture is all these perks and facilities which must be restricted. Person enter in politics and get benefit out of it lifelong which must be restricted till the working tenure. People are there in politics to serve the country people not to take undue advantage of the resources.
There must be some provision in politics to filter unwanted , corrupt politicians.
• Age limit in politics
• Specified Qualification
• No criminal record
Many of us will have same view on this but it seems it is impossible on ground level to implement these.

Observing the attitudes of Businessmen and the General Public , in the IInd Week of August , we proposed in the Circle of Legal Advise and Matters , a "FORUM FOR CONSTITUTIONAL REMEDIES " to work for the real and prompt application and implementation of Constitutional Provisions set for the public interest . Though 26 had supported strongly , 16 members offered their e-mail numbers for enrolement . We in deed need such a Separate and Specific Association / forum to become a Body of Public to deal with the governing Bodies of our Constitution with the help of the Supreme Court which in deed is the caretaker of Constitution and its Provisions . The members of this Circle also to think of this good cause please . On Fri, Jun 3, 2016 at 10:31 AM, Ragini Gupta wrote: > more
My dear Members, I feel indebted to our P.M. Modiji for promoting YOG at the International level. This very YOG is panacea for all the diseases on this earth. Today there is a competition among Diseases Drugs and Doctors, whereas YOG., as mentioned above, is a one cure for all diseases. However, today, we human beings do not want to take any trouble or give trouble to our body. Even we do not want to get up and gulp medicine but prefer an injection instead. My our Modiji's effort to introduce and inculcate YOG at school level bring success. May God bless our India once again for Glory under the guidance of our P.M. . Regards. Er. Raj Kumar Dogra more
