civic sense is very low ,generally all over India. so really good education to kids and adults . strict and heavy fines on a continuous basis .There should be implimentation without corruption. awareness spread regularly. more

Civic sense in general in UP is very low. Urinating, spitting, spillage etc are common even in big cities. Heavy fine and punishment is the only solution to minimise this idiotic action. Stray animals add more miseries to Swachh Bharat Mission. more
