Swachh Bharat Abhiyan has become farce in Viashali Ghaziabad
Every morning at 7 am we see the van passing through blaring the loudspeaker with "Swacch bharat ka irada ..." but they dont bother to pick up the trash kept on the side of the road they just over look and drive through. at 9 am their counter part sweeping team arrives , they sweep the dirt strewn around and make a heap and leave . Van will come back next day morning at 7 am , by that time the dirt heep would be on the strewn state on the road again so they will blare the loudspeaker and just drive through... this is repeating again and again since last few months with no end to it. more

Where there is a will , there is a way. In 1990 , the Surat city was under plague and more that 1000 people expired. Them municipal Commissioner Dr. Rao cleaned the whole Surat City without charging any thing and till today Surat is the most clean city in India. more
