Support Required for Understanding - Nestle Fraud

Hi All,
Did anyone of you can suggest me, what is procedure to sue Nestle for Nutrition Product issue. Actually I bought Ceralac Stage 5 last week & fed to my baby, he started vomiting & motions. We visited doctor & found out there some issue with Ceralac, When we tested actually the colour of the same was entirely different than what we used to get in other packets. The given product is not even expired. I have approached Nestle customer care & now they are telling different stories. Can any suggest the way out, how this case can be taken to legal process & give them a good shot as a consumer. Luckily my baby is doing good & recovered due to prompt visit to a doctor. You should approach State Food department. more

Check if the cere lac container is genuine and not spurious or made by fraud and packed in similarly printed cerelac container. This is quite a possibility in India. However if you have the cash memo you can pin down both the seller & manufacturer thru' consumer court. more

Since this is a case of spurios or defective material, it could also get into criminal case. (remember the cadbury case a few years back). Suggest consult a lawyer for best course of action. In the meanwhile retain the cerelac in the container , airseal it and preferably retain the cash memo. all the best more
