Creating this supply chain is the responsibility of Municipal Bodies. If they can not create or maintain it, they must subcontract it with a condition to take some of the employees on contact/deputation/lien basis. more

Educate people, start separate branches in schools and colleges which would help in developing experts in these areas, create opportunities for the pass outs for their carriers. 2. Allot adequate funds for these purposes so that the works progress without any obstructions. 3. Make continued propoganda through the media and leaflets. Put big hoardings at prominent places to attract attention of people. 4. Keeping toilets clean need adequate water. Municipalities and Panchayat should ensure availability of water. 5. Development of road side gardens would minimise dust pollution and help in keeping the sorroundings clean. 6. Waste management system must be compulsorily developed at all urban, semi-urban and rural centers. 7. Most important is to convert the movement of our P.M into a social revolution. more

See all abhiyan which ever it is needs sincere approach honest persuasions bringing change is not easy we can bring change joining every hand mind mere construction of toilet is not sufficient water sufficient usage should be educated otherwise we cannot achieve our moto regarding collection of garbage is one isdue and conversion of garbage to useage is another issue govt should give free hand to institutions which take up the issue financial aid should be given to them and recognition of institutions and individual are important all this strong motivated people are needed I am one among to start ngo for this give some idea how to start with more

The biggest issue in urban india is lack of proper solid waste handling and processing and scientific disposal facilities. As a result waste is only being swept from where it is visible in urban centers and then dumped in outskirts , along highways etc This needs to be addressed by creating business oppurtunities in solid waste management area more

We need to have a policy and process like we have in our IT companies how we send our request for approval to various leaders and then it reaches to the final authority to approve such request. It should be electronic digital / no paper work and notification oriented where the approver get notified every day once and should be able to reject / approve such request with their comments and move it to next level of approving authorities.
