These real estate fellows are capable of corrupting anything being black money rich lobby. Otherwise there are enough safe guards built in the system. Like, HUDA have given the completion certificate to Dwarladhis Projects Dharuhera with completion of basic amenities like car parking, shoping complex, primary school, clubhouse etc which were mention by the builder at the time of launch of the project? The black money will still be there but it will flow towards the regulator's house things will continue to be same untill and unless authorities in regulators are honest. more
