Stress relief programs for the police officers
Please arrange some stress relief programs for the police officers including officers in higher positions. As they are handling big problems and did not find time to spend time with their family members. When cultural programs and dramas are conducted at least once a while they could relax themselves and that will be a get together for their families too. Drama artist will also get programs for their survival. more

Even in judiciary you think their is no political influence. As of I Know military can also raise questions if the law is not being followed in the country. But in India I haven't seen any military officers raising any question. The only news I heard is corruption in getting the military equipment. How police when controlled by military force can be freed from politicians??? more

Humiliations from the political supporters and Politicians if set off ; Police will be healthy and even stress free . Police should not be used for all Political Processions ; Harthals ; Dharnas ; Protesting massive threatens . Not only the Executive and Legislature but the Judiciary has to take necessary interest OR ; Separate Policing with separate independent Code under the Indian Military Services to keep Police and the public peaceful and energetic . more
