It's not real estate boom; It's real estate menace!

Talking about the current scenario in Bangalore:
Lots of agricultural land is being converted to sites, apartment complexes, shopping complexes etc. This not only is reducing the land available for agriculture, but also creating adverse environmental effects (global warming, pollution, reduction in underground water belt etc) due to reduction in green cover. Unplanned development of real estate also esults in other problems like unmanageable traffic, poor look of the city, transportation and lots more
Please take measures to control the real estate development all over India. more  

Story is same in most of the cities of India. Galloping population and human greed for more are the main reasons which is exploited by well connected real state agents. Results are Mumbai - Surat - Uttarkhand - Kashmir floods, poor quality ground water, air pollution ..... more  
First Of All I Am Noticing In Bangalore That Every Body Is Coming To Stay And Work In Bangalore I Am Not Understanding That For Whome & Where Is The Space For Shulter And Drinking Water Roads For Connectivity No Suburban Trains For Faster Connectivity No Full Fledged Metro Services Yet To Be Completed And No Town Planning Our Local Leaders Has To Think About Town Planning First As Cost Of Living Here In Bangalore Is Going Sky High For Middle Class People. more  
This is a real problem in our country. If this situation is running continuousely then we have to face horrible result of food cricis more
