1. Poor and arrogant services by the crew
2. Employees of some airlines and very inefficient
3. Airlines ignore safety standards for travelers
4. Airfares increase many folds during vacation season
5. Many flights get delayed
6. Passengers are kept waiting at airport without any information
7. Airlines offer cheap tickets and then cut corners in delivering services
8. Food stalls at the airport are very expensive
9. Over-priced food and water inside the planes
10. Cramped seating in budget carriers
11. Over booking of flights on popular routes
12. Unfriendly attitude of the crew
13. Insufficient arrangement for physically challenged
14. The delays/cancellations and not notified well enough
15. Missing baggage more

Dear Shri R P Guptaji, People are mostly travelling for time saving.The study is required from the previous two years data such as where peoples have travelled. Can we save their time by change in Airways timing. The snacks/food served had a good quality and value wise economic. more
