Shipping Medicines to USA

Can anyone share what is the fastest way and the best courier company to do that. My sister in law's medicines needs to be shipped. more

You can try DHL if it is not in liquid Form. They would also require a self -declaration , copy of prescription and invoice/bill . more

I had a lot of trouble trying to send medicines by courier. Customs are very sticky...you Need prescriptions from the docs here and abroad. There were so many queries that we eventually gave up and had to ask a friend to carry them in checked baggage, Hope this helps. Pls do not forget to send in the prescription of the physician in written on the letter head otherwise the medicines may be confiscated and may impact the relatives as well more

Yes, and remember to send the tracking number to the recipient. Both can track the progress of the consignment. There are random checks at the US postal customs department which delays it by a few days. Debdutta Ray more
