Shame gurgaon administration
Gurgaon is ranked 466 on the Swachh Bharat ranking list of 476 or so cities. What an utter failure. Can we do something now or will you wait till we get to the bottom of the list? What is the CM doing. Swachh Haryana and all - what happened?? more

Ladies and Gentlemen, why all this lament? You know and I know nothing will come of it. In the meanwhile, let us ask ourselves how many of us carry our own cloth shopping bags when we go shopping; how many of us park illegally; how many of us break traffic rules daily; how many of us litter indiscriminately; and then bless ourselves because despite all the many burdens on the govt and administration, they have found time to ban beef, and have thus saved all our souls from eternal damnation. Absolutely right,none of the civic agencies are bothered about several open drains at various places like the one the major one on Paras Hospital road just in front of DLF5 high rises.It stinks like anything but no action? more

There are outlets on the roads to drain out the rainwater, but these are way too high to be effective. It is not technology that is missing: common sense is. Besides, these never get swept, with the result that all kinds of garbage collects in front of these outlets, preventing outflow of rainwater. Indeed a people's movement, like the one begun by IamGurgaon who are doing a great job with the Biodiversity Park, gets noticed by the local politicians because they "smell" money there. What they dont realise is that were they to do their basic job, that of providing civic amenities through the MCG, Gurgaon will indeed have reason to reward them. more

What a waste of this so called Singapore of India. Absolutely no one is interested from the administration. Peoplea movements get hacked by administration and then all projects go down the drain. TALKING of drains, have they forgot to lay them or they need technolgy awareness from the Harappa region? more

What a shame. We are dirty. Who will teach us how to be clean? Our society is eroding. Forget Swachh Gurgaon. Bharat is too far. Our system does not allow heavy fines and the masses are least bothered. Everyday you can see people throwing trash on the road. How can you tame these people. Some people try and they get rebuked or even beaten up. Citizens of Gurgaon say they have nothing to do with this term called "responsibility. more
