I had contributed to an article earlier regarding Sr. Citizens.
Govt. should use this Sr. Citizen power for taking videos for proof regarding ....Spitting, littering particularly on railway platforms. They should be backed up by Rly. police in case people put up resistance in paying fines. See how soon people will stop spitting and littering on platforms.
This can be expanded to other fields as well. As an incentive a certain percentage of the fine collected should be given to the Sr. Citizen at the end of the day.
Sr. Citizens can also help in collecting evidence for garbage dumps cleaning by the municipalty. There are umpteen places where the potentials of Sr. Citizens can be taken use of. more
