Security with regards to domestic staff.

In a gated community, your dis concern for security can hurt your neighbor. I refused to hire a person because he didn't have identification papers (He was in cohoots with the guards so they used to let him in), but somebody in the next building just went ahead and hired him.
My point is, not just the security guards but we ourselves are responsible for our security and our actions can affect other people around us as well. more

Maids tend to this too. I agree with the suggestions above... Would like to share the above with my RWA at ATS Greens Paradiso Greater Noida more
Dear Ruchita and Krista:

We have had some challenges with this in Omaxe Forest Sector 92 Noida. Drivers were the most common staffers who would do this. Though not a formal process yet, a resident can call the Security Supervisor and inform about the person terminated and if they were to be black listed/not given future entry into the complex. We had to work with the security supervisor and like you mentioned, fellow residents more than anything else. Only if the residents co-operate this can be implemented.

I would love to see a formal written process/protocol for this implemented down to a termination form. It can be a simple one similar to a relieving letter that companies use. If anyone already has it please share. Otherwise, lets create it. I am sure it can be implemented across every gated community. more
In my opinion security guards facilitating such people need to be under watch. more
Has any apartment complex come up with a process for this? I would think if a staffer has been black listed by one resident, a process can be devised in assistance with security company to ensure the approval of that resident is required before that same person can be employed again within the apartment complex. more
