Sector 21 Entry / Exit
We have no proper entry/exit road to our sector. It is a broken, pot holed, narrow entry that we use. There is no signal to control traffic turning in or out. The main road is encroached upon a newly constructed hospital. Despite repeated letters to HUDA in the past, nothing has been done. Please suggest who can we turn to as Mr. Narbir Singh (MLA) refuses to do anything about it. more

This is simple. This sector is disowned by HUDA & MCG except for collection of taxes & dues and this is more of a village. Entrance is pathetic. A vehicle which should take 15 second to enter/exit sector takes 5 minutes causing traffic jam in peak time. Sewer overflows in sector from village on plot no. 1278 and water supply does not reach plot adjacent to village being on higher ground. Small temporary road to sector is encroached. Unauthorized Hospital and all buildings are built on sector side of main road which is supposed to be green belt. Actual road as per plan for sector 21 never built as officers connives with vested interest to prolong litigation for land release. Temple released area is encroached for all kind of commercial and illegal polluting activities. People have even build flat to rent, shops, factory. HUDA/MCG keeping eyes closed. WHO indeed calls it a Sector - run - cum managed for years by HUDA, now i suspect its handed over to the MCG, unless its been orphaned, wholly !! Reading what is reported by Sabiha Farhat ji makes one wonder how can an ULB run itself, in the 21 st century WITH plenty of money in the kitty ! Unless, the priority has always been given to inputs to Panchkula and Rohtak, who really cares about Gurugram ?! Surely accountability remains the responsibility of the elected representative/s or the well paid bureaucrats .... unless Free India means different things to different representatives ! Local Residents have to collaborate and take turns to update on a weekly basis the Reps. concerned whose responsibility / accountability it all is, truly speaking. Otherwise, why VOTE when the time comes and seek the support of other Sectors to boycott the current Reps. ! to one of our colony guy who had approached MLA narbir singh, he said, "kya hua sadak ke bina mar to nahi jayega", it came in the papers too but nothing has happened. more
