Sanchaar Saathi on every phone is snooping state

The Govt's Sanchar Saathi app mandate is a blatant assault on our privacy & freedom! By forcing it pre-installed on every new phone, not allowing us to uninstall the aap, all under the guise of 'safety', the government will potentially have the power to spy on our calls, texts & location. This is surveillance at its worst, & the government will have the power to track us like criminals!

Can LC Manager and Sachin bhai take this up. LocalCircles is taken seriously in Government circles we all know that. Even if its not reversed the mandate can be diluted with LC’s citizen pulse.

Lets speak up! more

Every good govt move should be opposed is the policy. Other more dangerous apps are acceptable . This is strange. Moreover you have option of using the app. But we still have to protest even without understanding what the govt is saying. more
Inaccurate and uninformed argument. Sanchar Sathi was never mandatory even if it came preinstalled. Users had the freedom to delete. Coming to surveillance, no one seems to be complaining about the Google app that comes preinstalled on most phones. Google probably has more surveillance capabilities than Sanchar Sathi. But no complaints since its not GOI who is putting it there! American is fine but Indian is not! more
Sanchar Saathi has genuine utility: stolen/black-market phone prevention, SIM-fraud detection, consumer security. more
Man you are blindly say ok to all the google apps there by giving your details to foreigners. Just shut your gob and keep quite. more
Your argument is bullshit. Don't spread rumors. We know what this app does. So just keep quite. more
