Friends, in this day/age of google maps, what are the salaries of a good driver in Gurgaon for 10 hour duty. Also, how much should one pay for a live in houshold servant (maid/cook). more

Dear Mr. Mukherjee, Firstly it is almost impossible to get a good driver who really drives well and takes care of the car. Going rate is anywhere between 12 to 15k, if possible one should drive oneself, only that parking is a night-mere these days. more

Salary of a good driver should not be less than 15000/- per month for 10 hours long duty. I think he should become more responsible when he will be provided good salary and will be a reliable driver. He should also be paid one day extra duty pay and will be given at least one leave per week. more

Drivers who can drive long ,luxury cars - salary 10 hr duty in Gurgaon is Rs 14000 per month . Resident Maids Rs 10000/- pm plus accommodation plus food . Better open bank account of maid. agencies are not trust worthy and no one gets benfit . Above is my personal view. more
