RTO Faridabad
Whenever one go to RTO office in Faridabad for registration of vehicle, transfer of ownership, driving licence etc., it is informed that documents will be sent by post at the registered address. In my view such documents are not despatched and remain in the office. The documents are collected over only on the subsequent follow up visits.
1. What is the view of residents of Faridabad on this issue.
2. What happens to postage charges built in the fee charged from the public. Could there be a possibility of any scam wherein the officials must be showing despatches but not actually despatching and pocketing the money on a/c of despatch fee. more

I have applied to new car registration and it is almost 2 months but i did not receive my RC. the authorities are just asking me to come again and again. is there way online to do complaint of such behavior of RTO authorities? more

There were two points emerging out of 1. To sensitize the public and 2) To seek public view if they have come across the similar problems. The main point seems to be RTO must be showing on papers all documents being despatched but actually not despatching and having hand in glove with the courier agency to siphon off the money being paid for despatches. I will be shortly seeking information under RTI to unearth scam if any prevailing in the department. In the instant case the RC was lying signed since 3rd July 2015 but was not even despatched tiill the day it has been collected on 4th August i.e more than a month. I am well aware that such practices is not only prevailing in Faridabad but also other States. more

Question is not about any change system. Main issue is "not delivery even after postage charges submission". What happened to the money when the user collects the document by hand? There should be Display board showing the status as "Delivered or collected by user". RTI can be filed to ask mode of dispatches execution more
