1. Kindly provide copy of all the rules and acts constituted for passengers with wait listed tickets by ministry of railways
2. Kindly provide the details and copy of penalty or fine taken from wait listed passangers travelling in reserved coaches of mail express trains as per railways act
3. Kindly provide the information on duties and responsibilities of TTE against unauthorized passenger's traveling into reserved coaches as per indian railway act
4. Provide number of complaints lodged against unauthorized passengers or person in last 12 months till the day of providing information
5. Kindly provide the details on any special authority given to ANY TTE FOR allowing or granting permission to travel such unauthorized person or passengers as per act. Kindly provide the copy of this act or rulesif any exists
6. Kindly provide the number of complaints received against TTE for bribery, corruptions and malpractice in last 12 months in DETAIL
7. KINDLY PROVIDE THE DETAIL OF ACTION TAKEN AGAINST TTE FOR VIOLATION OF THE ORDERS AND ACT IN LAST 12 MONTHS
8. NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS LODGED AGAINST TTE FOR RUDE BEHAVIOUR AND USE OF OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE IN DETAILS

More than 200 reply received from all the division but most of the reply/information received only on no.4,6,7,8 information not provided as sought all are improper misguided and false

This means that very few of us are lodging complaints. We should do this whenever we observe anything of this sort. more

i agree witn mr. bipin desai that no TTE comes between thivim to DDR as i travelled on 03-jan-2017, moreover i was to loose my connecting train DDR Bhuj because janshatabdi had started 55min delay from origin station i.e. MAO... Some action must be taken for such cases.. I twitted H'onable Minister Mr. Prabhu and requested for some help but no reply.. more

In the last almost 42 months of my stay and travel to GOA from Mumbai and back, I have barely seen any TTE checking the passengers tickets or Identity, on the route between MUMBAI (BSR) and GOA (THIVIM), on the long distance trains. The most laxity is in onboard checking or security is visible on the Konkan Sections, where no RPF / GRP personal has been seen on the trains or the station. Does the railways believe that his area is part of the INDIAN RAILWAYS. more
