Roles of Clubs like Rotary, Lions in Swachh Bharat
Can we please discuss the role that can be played by clubs like Rotary, Lions, even entrepreneurs association. I feel these bodies have not come forward effectively for Swachh Bharat and nor has the Govt tapped their capabilities. These clubs have chapters and frankly if they want to do real work, they can get active at local levels and work with urban bodies to make the cities better.

Mr. Rajesh Suri , i would like to bring to your notice that Lions Clubs International is the largest Social service organisation in the world and we in Bangalore started Swachh Bharath but all the politicians took the credit and lions name was not there anywhere and also we took up Malleswaram Railway station and cleaned up whole area and every one appreciated but again no news in Media so what did we lions get........nothing!. more

Idea is good but they are busy in in organizing activities where can have separate identity more

no organisation or head willingly come forward to join the hands of any circle, that is the aim to live defendant from societies or circles, let them be organize own way.... more
