Role various Ministries can play in Swachh Bharat

ministry of corporate affairs make companies adopt villages not only near them but also elsewhere so that they can buld toilets, dustbins, segregation of waste, utilising them etc ministry of skill development In villages youngsters are wasting time in chitchat give them some incentive an dgive training in caepentry, plumbing , electricity etc We already have shortage of people in these sectors youungsters are not coming ministry or rural development no idea wher ethey function but a lot is to be done in tamilnaduI can list out if someone asks for irt .If i do the list no one will look into it. micro, small meddium enterprises they are giving training at high rate. they should attract people by giving free training food and agriculture cold storage is to be constructed in agri based villages to keep veg storage. Fi and other godowns are to be free from rats and pests.Without using pesticide, using neem based other chilly , ginger based paste pest can be eradicated. some more could be offered . Who is there to listen more  

Swachch Bharat (Clean India) does not mean only to swipe the roads and remove the garbage/waste from houses and staked at different nooks & corners. The word 'Swachch' itself urges the need for cleanliness in all respects, may be it sweeping, garbage/waste disposal, corruption eradication, eradication of poverty & illiteracy, conspiracy, adulteration, black marketing, tax evasion, partiality, nepotism and all kind of other bad deeds having negative affects in the societies as well as in the country as a whole. Hence, swachchta (cleanliness) plays a very important role in deciding the future path of a nation. Keeping the above view points on sight, there is no need and should not be needed by the ministries for defining their playable roles from outside for making the nation 'swachch' (clean), the Dream Project of our Dynamic Prime Minister and the urgent need of the nation. However, before proceeding forward, the ministers should first ensure about 100% cleanliness of themselves and their families to set an example or otherwise, the Mission will die its natural death without leaving any impact. Why not our ministers can set examples by resigning at their own on levelling any tenable corruption charges their against, as happens in Japan or UK? more

Has there been any mission where all these 50+ ministries have worked together successfully? If yes, I have nothing to say. If not, then they should copy the plan from a clean country (e.g. Japan, Sweden, Switzerland), see which parts can be implemented by which ministry, and force them to implement the steps. Otherwise there will be a lot of meetings, seminars, travel, coffee consumption, TV ads, 51 reports and plans in a language which require a PhD to interpret; and finally nothing will be implemented. Bureaucrats/contractors will swallow all the money and move on to another mission. Let's copy the best system, norms and the regulations and implement them. Work like the military, big things can be achieved in 2 years. Jai Hind! more  

There are a number of steps that could be taken up (already proposed for implementation by Govt )for swatch Bharat which represent external cleaning of premises .,precincts of Govt buildings/offices /environment etc but what about internal cleanliness ie delivery of quality services by Government in the pursuit of "BEST GOVERNANCE & TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY" to common man?Therefore before initiating action for external cleaning & swatch Bharath implementation programme , it is all the more & equally important to resort to internal cleaning by way of reducing /zeroing on the pending files/actions/quick decisions/corruption/favourtism/nepotism in Govt offices/public sector , implementations of decisions for the welfare of people etc particularly in Home ministries(Central & state Govts"s home Ministries ) representing TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT & EXCELLENT BEST GOVERNANCE IN GOVTS (BOTH CENTRAL &STATE GOVTS) since a number IPS officers whose highly arrogant & irresponsible behavior,resulted in commiting blunders at the cost of public moneys & on innocent public ( certain IPS cadre particularly even at DGP/Principal secretary level also , encouraged /prompted some police personnel booking false criminal cases on innocent citizen, both literate & illiterate, & minting the money by blackmailing & threatening, (certain IPS officers of the rank of principal Secreatries level officers keeping files pending for years together,telling cock & bull stories to honb"le Ministers thus misleading them who really want to do good for the people ,passing on time with irresponsible actions to dodge the cases, etc live case laws exist in AP Govt, despite the fact that a Retired IPS officer belonging to IB Govt of India , heads as Governor of state! ) Bringing reforms on incompetent judiciary( for example; who got red-handedly caught while offering bribes to judiciary , in Gali Janardhana Reddy case ) towards literate & illiterate public needs to immediately curbed if required by suitably amending the constitutional provisions such making subject of "LAW & ORDER ", "Judiciary"under concurrent list as because most of the state Govts are unable to control the nefarious activities of number senior level IPS officers on priority basis since their service conditions are remotely controlled by Union Home Ministry. declaring them -selves as "Safe persons or angels not susceptible to actions by ordinary human beings ".I am giving solid live & practical cases on experience only in AP & not hypothetical ones. EVEN the Floor Leader of BJP party in AP State remarked in an open press conference that the level of corruption in AP is all time high .,even during "Demonetization" program me in as much the corrupt officers are accepting "Che ques" in stead of cash though a retired senior IPS officer is the Head of the State, as The Governor! That is the state of affairs! PMO is requested to quickly finalize the recommendations & implement, monitor the same the same with out further loss of time by resorting to continuous audit/monitoring of all those actions of top bureaucracy IPS,IAS etc since most of them lost the confidence of public including educated public. The recent action of the Home Ministry in sacking a couple of Sr IPS ,an IAS officer is only a tip of the ice burg,while umpteen number of such black sheep officers exist in each state & all such black sheep ought to have weeded out long back(Every CM of state& Big boss/Minister knows who is who)!Now only the Home Ministry has resorted to action against dead wood, by now all the damage which ought not have to occur has been done to Nation!At least now on prompt action on delinquent need to be taken on war footing ,then we can see a TOTAL SWATCH BHARAT /Beautification "BY SOUL & HEART."(THANN (BODY) BE SUNDAR(BEAUTY) MANN(MIND) BE SUNDAR). more
