The service charges were withdrawn three years ago to promote digital payments but now applied again.

Railway will provide the number facilities to their under performing employees including higher levels irrespective of their performance, competency and corruption.
Railway will never bother to regularize inspection and checking of valid tickets from wait listed passengers occupying reserved compartments and penalize them as per railways rules.
Railways will never bother to improve the facilities at railway platforms including rail premises and quality of food in non premium trains.
Railway will never bother to remove useless and dump idea of dynamic fare system in premium trains because of which CAG has already thrashed rail way authority for the loss of revenues from premium trains.
So people's mindset is same whenever railway is crying for scarcity of fund then government ask either to increase the fare or increase or implement other taxes and services fee just like they did now and it is continuous process which has no ending because railway and its authority do not have mind to think beyond of increasing revenues from increasing the rail fares.
IT IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE DECISION TAKEN BY RAILWAYS. more
