RESERVATION IN PRIVATE SECTOR.
Another political thought process was rolled with government deciding offering reservations in Private Sector.
I am of the opinion that the Modi Gs crying hoarse about MAKE IN INDIA will meet its Waterloo with such frequent changes in government policies. Why should private sector compromise on quality of talent when they are invited to invest in India and Make in India.
The private sector competition with foreign brands will take further beating with such policies.
Just Wake Up Modi ji? more

Job Reservation extension beyond the set period had given birth to many ills . Statistics prove that there were no qualified persons in the interviews to fill the Reserved quota even after 3 Interviews . This status if verified 2 decades from 1-1-90 and compare with the previous 2 decades show that there abnormal increase in the Qualified persons and , the persons also qualified in the interviews . Supreme Court also had earlier established that double qualification of both Educational and Interview to select for the Talented is not against the Constitution . It is not in fact and in deed correct to say or state that still , the Backward Classes in India are not Skilled to their Qualification Acquired through various Degree Universities and Colleges . Even the Intermediate Students of whatever Caste , if passed the Inter final Examination , do equally gain knowledge of the Subjects they Passed and be competent as ever-body know . Competitive interview for the Post set shall require the suitable candidate with the requisite performance and hence shall not be set for selfish Reservations or , set for Purchase of jobs as had been experienced and or known by many . The Issue of Reservations was set only to address the Governing opportunity and , for services under the States to up lift the Social Status and already 5 Additional Decades were passed away . Already India had to import many items and depend upon other countries since plenty industries in India were forcibly closed due to heavy losses during 1985 . 95 resultant to Strikes , power failures etc.,. The present Government while striving for Make in India through New industries , Start ups and Stand ups , Improving Production in India ; shall not set the Industries and Businesses away from Efficiency , Tanancy , Skill and Technical Expertise please . more
There should be equal opportunity for everybody. The way the reservation system is working we will not be able to give opportunity to the downtrodden in the next hundred years. The opportunity to be given must be need based. A reserve category by birth when gets opportunity for self and family and living a life better than average non reserve category people, he should not get further support and come up with their merit. Reservation in education make sense. It also make sense to provide them job at the lower level. But to get a higher level job or promotion or selection for higher post they must have merit. Give them training whatever is required free of cost. If we don't follow this practice our country would not be able to prosper. During my life I have seen many meritorious reserve category officers who are better than so called higher caste people. Therefore, we should be able to take more practical approach. Perhaps, we may categorize the population on the basis of four or five groups- like ABCD&E. The economic criteria for such classification may be finalised based on income and assets put together. The individuals should submit their details and opt for the particular group. There should be 20% reservation for each group and nobody should encroach upon other groups facilities. Reservation only at lower level of jobs and education-primary and secondary. Higher education may be reserved for only deserving candidates who are good in studies with minimum prescribed standards. more
As of I heard the foreign based IT, BPO companies being opened in India, china is just because we have human resource and the return will be more, ie., expense that these IT companies faces in India is less compared to the foreign countries. One good initiative done by these IT companies is that they destroyed all the plants for building the big campus and now they are in "Go Green" plan, with the help of their employees they are sowing seeds, the grown teak wood plants is not with good quality, it is very thin and will not give any return to the farmers for whom this project was actually performed. If the government accepts to allow Make in India products to get exported to foreign countries then they would show their complete talents to give the quality. Because the rate of the product in foreign countries like Korea are based on the quality of the product. more
